In mid-2005 my company purchased an old manufacturing facility which was a complex of buildings, built and added together over the years.
One of our major hurdles in making this property work for us was the roof. The existing roofs were all different, at different heights and angles and consisting of both tar and metal composition.
Leon and his son Clint coated 2 of our 5 roofs, and then addressed several of our troublesome areas. The work was done quickly and on time.
On more than several occasions, we had leaks in the really bad spots. I would call Leon, and he was there, usually the next day, to solve the problem. He stuck with us until all of the problems were solved, and we are now operating out of a very dry facility.
I would highly recommend Leon, his people, and system for any roof issue.

Your workers, along with your management staff were well mannered, and represented your company with pride. The quality of work was very good. I commend you on letting me take core samples of the finished product when you were finished with your work.
I was really impressed with the timeliness of your work. You told me an approximate time to complete this project and it was completed within that scope of time. I think this is attributed to the fact that you had a plan before actually starting the work, and having your management on site following up the crews to insure the work was completed in a timely fashion.
Your supervisors kept me abreast daily on how the work was progressing, and welcomed my review daily of what work was completed. When the project was completed, your crews cleaned up all the debris that they had created, and disposed of all debris in dumpsters that you had provided for them. I am looking forward to working with you and your people on other areas of my roof.

Some of our property had sustained serious damage as the leakage from our roof had weakened plaster on the interior ceiling and water was actually dripping at a rapid rate.
