They offer the building owner significant value by addressing the following key benefits:
- Fast return on investment

If you have a metal roof on your building, metal roof coating will improve the quality of your roof without disrupting activities inside the building. Our steel is primed with Metal Ready®, our patented rust inhibiting treatment. Restoration and repair of your metal roof coatings will prevent leaks and extends the life of your roof, and its white reflective topcoat will protect your building from the harmful elements of weather and the sun.
Without proper protection from the elements, your metal roof will soon rust, decreasing the life of your roof and its appearance. Our simple one-step process will prevent light to medium rust, and its high reflectivity will reduce temperatures inside your building significantly.
If you have a leaky roof, sprayed polyurethane foam will make your roof virtually leakproof, as well as more energy efficient. The typical roof contains thousands of seams held together by fasteners which create various outlets for leaks, but once your roof is sprayed with polyurethane foam, it will be seamless and airtight. This is due to the fact that our sprayed polyurethane foam is self flashing, spreading around hard to reach places that normally are the sources of leaks, such as roof vents, sealing the area tightly as it dries. If a puncture or crack is caused by debris or wind damage it can be easily repaired with a caulking gun and sealant.

For even more leak protection, a slight slope can be built into your roof when we install the foam to prevent the accumulation of water (ponding). Even better, the insulating foam keeps heat from escaping in the winter and the sun from penetrating in the summer. Reap the long-term benefits of this LRK Roofing Systems solution... a lower energy bill and no more pesky roof leaks!
Have a roof that is starting to show signs of age? Rubber EPDM roofing goes right over your current roof's membrane, so you don’t have to worry about an expensive re-roofing project. Rubber EPDM Roofing will prevent leaks and extend the life of your roof. Even better, we can keep applying new coats of the roofing until you're ready to replace your roof, making this kind of roofing sustainable both for the benefit of the consumer and the environment. The light colored coating will reflect the sun's rays, keeping the roof's membrane and the inside of your building cooler, so you'll save on your energy bill. In fact, our EPDM Roofing reflects 84 percent of the sun's energy, while the average EPDM roof reflects only 5 to 6 percent! The effect is significant... and can lower your roof's temperature 30-50 degrees!
LRK Roofing Systems also provides high quality single-ply roofing systems if you’re in the need of a new roof. Our Hy-Crown® roof is made from DuPont synthetic rubber, tested effective for over 25 years. Hy-Crown® roofing is durable, chemical and flame resistant. The roof’s white surface is highly reflective, which will reduce your energy costs. Some local and state governments will even provide an incentive for opting for this type of roofing as a means of encouraging the use of environmentally responsible building materials.
